Attorney Vanita Cheung is a licensed lawyer admitted to the Massachuestts Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court (Eastern District) and the Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.  She practiced family law and immigration in Massachusetts prior to her relocation to California and in 2005 she started working at the US Citizenship and Immigration Services until returning to private practice in early 2014.

 

Attorney Cheung has extensive experience and broad knowledge in immigration law. She is bi-lingual, fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin and English. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Attorney Cheung obtained her J. D. from the University of Iowa College of Law where she also finished her Master's Degree in Public Policy and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Sociology.
